1. Eligibility for Refund
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Product is damaged or defective
- Wrong item delivered
- Product is missing parts or accessories
- Order not delivered within the promised time
Refund request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
2. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refund will NOT be applicable if:
- Product is used or damaged by customer
- Change of mind after purchase
- Digital or virtual products (if applicable)
- Sale or discounted items (unless damaged)
3. Return Process
To request a refund:

2. Provide:
- Order ID
- Product photos or videos as proof
3. Wait for approval from our team
Return shipping address will be shared after approval.
4. Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting the returned item:
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refund Method:
- UPI / Bank Transfer / Original Payment Method
5. Return Shipping
- If the issue is from our side → We bear the shipping cost
- If customer returns for other reasons → Customer pays shipping
6. Late or Missing Refunds
