Welcome to Dream Star Shop. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which orders can be canceled.


1. Order Cancellation by Customer


- You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it is shipped (whichever is earlier).

- To cancel your order, contact us at: support@dream-star.shop with your Order ID.


Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.


2. Order Cancellation by Us


We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:


- Product out of stock

- Payment issues or failed transactions

- Incorrect pricing or product information

- Suspicious or fraudulent activity


In such cases, the customer will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.


3. Refund for Canceled Orders


- If your order is successfully canceled, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

- Refund will be issued via the original payment method, UPI, or bank transfer.


4. COD Orders


- COD (Cash on Delivery) orders can only be canceled before shipment.

- Repeated cancellation of COD orders may lead to restriction of COD service for the customer.
